Order, Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy consolidates our order processing, shipping, cancellation, and refund terms. It applies to all orders placed on this platform and is designed to be compliant with applicable Indian e-commerce and consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Order Processing
Orders may be reviewed before confirmation. The seller may cancel orders if fraud is suspected, incorrect information is provided, or operational or stock issues occur. All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of successful payment confirmation. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted as processing or customization may have begun.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests may be submitted within 24 hours of order placement only if the order has not entered production or customization. Once the order has been accepted and processing has started, refund eligibility is limited as described below.
Custom Products
Most products are personalised or made-to-order. Once customization, engraving, printing, or production has begun, orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund. This is because personalised items cannot be resold.
Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking networks and payment provider policies. We do not control the time taken by your bank or payment provider to credit the refund.
Prices and GST
All prices on the website are inclusive of GST. The invoice will show the GST breakup (CGST + SGST or IGST) depending on the place of supply as per Indian GST rules.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Actual credit timing may depend on your bank. Refunds are initiated to the same payment method used for the original order where possible.
Shipping Policy
Shipping timelines are estimated delivery windows. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, regional logistics issues, or operational limitations. The seller is not responsible for such external delays. We will endeavour to keep you informed of significant delays where possible.
Delivery Issues
Customers must report damaged products, incorrect items, or missing items within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted due to verification and retention limits described below.
Data & Evidence Retention
Order verification records such as packaging media, dispatch verification, and system logs are retained only for 7–15 days after confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted due to lack of verification records.
Fraud Protection
The seller reserves the right to cancel orders, deny refunds, block user accounts, or refuse future service in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, policy exploitation, or suspicious activity. We may also reject return or refund requests that do not comply with this policy or that we believe are abusive.
Returns (if applicable)
Return requests are allowed only within the period stated at checkout (e.g. within 24 hours of delivery) and only for items that have been marked as delivered. Eligibility may require an unboxing video or other evidence as communicated at the time of request. Custom or personalised goods may be excluded from return. The seller reserves the right to approve or reject any return request in accordance with this policy.
